If you receive an email from “CommercialCards.FraudEarlyWarning@info3.citibank.com” discussing possible fraudulent use of your T&E card, this is not phishing.  It is a valid early fraud warning notification from Citibank, you must contact Citibank at your earliest convenience to receive a new card.  Please see below to view an example Fraud Early Warning email.
