T&E (Concur) FAQs

NBCUniversal uses Concur for online booking and expense reimbursement.  This guide answers common questions about the system, expenses and how to get started.

All T&E reports need to be submitted once the traveler concludes their business travel and the corporate card items are posted on Concur.

  • It can take 3-5 business days for domestic US credit card charges to post, and up to 10 business days for international credit card charges to post.
  • Hertz receipts are required for all T&E reports; as a Hertz Gold traveler, you can sign up for e-receipts directly on the Hertz website. Select the E-receipt as on option on your profile.
  • Hotel E-receipts are submitted automatically to your T&E report if the hotel participates in the E-receipt program.

Note: Your username has 14 characters – SSO@nbcu where SSO is your 9 digit SSO. If you do not receive an email, please call Concur Help Line (1-866-793-4040) and identify yourself as a FIRST TIME user logging in to Concur.

We are no longer accepting checks or money orders for reimbursement. We now require all funds due to NBCU to be processed online through Citibank’s external payment system. Below are instructions and the link to the system:

  • Enter in your SSO
  • Enter in a few additional details, including the REPORT KEY found on your REPORT COVER PAGE
  • Enter in the amount you owe to NBCU and your banking details for the payment
  • Click PAY to make payment and you will receive a confirmation email once the payment is confirmed.

Please contact Citibank at 800-248-4553. The Citibank phone system is an automated system which prompts you to supply your VISA number. Since you may not have your VISA number, remain on the line and after three attempts at obtaining your VISA number, the call will be forwarded to a Citibank Customer Service Representative. Report your VISA as lost and ask Citibank to send out a replacement card. Be sure the delivery address Citibank has on record is correct. Specify a building, suite, or office number if applicable.
